Shipping policy
We're committed to getting your Zelbea order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Where we ship
Right now Zelbea ships exclusively across the United States, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. International shipping is on our roadmap — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on every U.S. order, no minimum required. No surprise fees at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.
Order processing time
All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. warehouse within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.

Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Click it anytime to see your package's current location and estimated delivery date.
If you don't receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder first. Still missing? Email us at hello@zelbea.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
Lost or delayed packages: If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us with your order number. We'll trace it immediately and work with the carrier to recover it. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
Damaged packages: Please take photos of the box and contents within 48 hours of delivery and email them to hello@zelbea.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund based on the situation.
Incorrect address or refused delivery
It's the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused at delivery, or unclaimed at the post office, a $10 handling fee may be deducted from any refund issued.
If your package was delivered to the wrong address due to a carrier error, please contact us immediately at hello@zelbea.com and we'll work directly with the carrier to resolve it.
P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses
Yes — we ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Please note delivery to military or remote addresses may take slightly longer than standard transit times.
Order modifications after shipping
Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the order. Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
Returns shipping
We do not require you to ship products back to us — our refund policy is based on photo or video proof. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
