Tracking your order
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Click it anytime to see your package's current location and estimated delivery date.
Didn't get the tracking email? Check your spam folder, then email us at hello@zelbea.com with your order number.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us with your order number and we'll trace it immediately. We work with the carrier to recover delayed packages and ship a replacement at no cost if it's lost.
For damaged packages: take photos of the box and contents within 48 hours of delivery and email them to us. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
